Having trouble viewing the videos on the TPRI Kit CD?

The recently released Adobe Flash Player version 9 (FP9) introduced a number of changes that have caused issues when viewing the videos on the TPRI CD. Computers with Flash Player 8 or older should be working properly. Please follow the instructions below to roll back Adobe Flash Player to version 8 or older.

Step 1: Check to see what version of Flash Player you are running.

If you are running Flash Player version 9, go to Step 2. If you are running Flash Player version 8, you do not need to continue.

Step 2: Uninstall Flash Player 9 using the instructions provided by Adobe.

Step 3: Install Flash Player 8 or older.

Follow the detailed instructions included in the download to select the appropriate version.

Step 4: Check to see that you are running Flash Player version 8 or older.
